As is where is, cash and carry. Checks accepted with valid ID. No preview, nothing held without 1/2 down. If amount not paid in full by close of sale - we keep the deposit. No one to help load. Not responsible for accidents, cars, or items left in them. We can send additional pictures but only if you send us an email requesting some. No additional pictures available 1 day before sale. Prices are firm because they are already 1/3rd to 1/2 retail.

| It maybe winter, but we got to have our estate sale fix. If you do too, come on down because we have a GREAT one this weekend. Starting at 8am on Saturday the 6th we are selling the contents of a lake view estate here in Towns County Georgia. Located on Thunder Oak Road just off of Hwy 69, the house has been sold and we have to sell the contents. The house and contents belong to an FSU basketball Hall of Fame member. Between that and some furniture that once belonged to the Deering Estate, this is a special opportunity to buy some amazing history. Documentation to show the items history will be forwarded upon request. Some items on site are still being kept by the family. These items will be covered and marked. Everything pictured here is for sale. More pictures to be added tomorrow. What do we have? We have tools, furniture, lots of Hull baking and dishes, wine making items, antiques, books, art, wicker, lots lots more. One day only. Saturday December 6th from 8am till 3pm. Rain, snow, or shine.
