ALL PALLETS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS SO BID ACCORDINGLY
STOCK PHOTOS ARE USED AS A REPRESENTATON OF THE ITEM, NOT TO FOOL OR DECEIVE.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE ASSIGNED PICKUP DAYS UNLESS YOU CALL AND MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. WE ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE RELISTED AND NON PAYING BIDDERS MAY BE BANNED AT OUR DISCRETION. A SIMPLE PHONE CALL IS ALL WE REQUEST.

STAGGER CLOSE FORMAT
What is STAGGERED CLOSE? The lots do not close all at the same time. Lots will have a staggered closing using a mixed sequence. Follow the clock to the right of each lot to know the exact closing time of a particular lot.
What is a SOFT CLOSE? If a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last 3 minutes before closing, then the time will be extended on that lot by 3 minutes. This will continue until a full 3 minutes pass without a new bid on that lot.

However, it is up to THE buyer to determine the condition of the lot they are bidding on. NorCal Storage and Estate Liquidators assumes no responsibility in the accuracy of the descriptions. If there is an obvious and blatant miss-step on our part we will work with the buyer the best we can otherwise:

An invoice for the items you purchased will be sent to your email address. Please check your filter settings or check your junk mail as the invoice may go there.. Please bring a copy of your invoice with you at the time of pickup.
TAXES AND BUYER's PREMIUM:
Applicable sales tax and a 11% Buyer's Premium will be added to each item purchased. The buyers premium becomes part of the total purchase price and is considered taxable by the state of California
