• Please dress accordingly and be prepared to wait in line as we limit the amount of people into the property.
• All items must be picked up by close of sale.
• All items are to removed by buyer and all items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”

Just look at our many picture with more to come.

Please note: Do not arrive before 8:00am, as that’s when the gates open. Please park below home and walk up. Please be mindful to the neighbors and fellow customers when arriving and parking.
