BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House. 1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card. 2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final. NO EXCEPTIONS! 3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card. 4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises. 5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not. NO EXCEPTIONS! 6. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction. 7. It is hallmarked & is about a size 8.25. 50 Vntg 2 Pc Sterling Ring Set With Tiny Opals This ring is hallmarked & is also inscribed Virginia. it is about a size 9.5 & has hand-cut leaves & flowers. We do not know the clear center stone. 51 Sterling Pendant & 2 Ring Bands & Charm Bracelet It is all hallmarked & the bands are sizes 6.25 & 6.5. The pendant is slightly over 2.5 inches long & the stone reflects browns, yellows & oranges. 52 Long Sterling Sectioned Bar & Chain Necklace. This is hallmarked & is about 28 inches long. 53 Sterling Gold Tone Ring/Blue Oval Stone & CZ's hallmarked & about a size 8.25. 54 Sterling & CZ Ring + 2 Beautiful Costume Rings The blue stone ring is about a size 9.25 & the one with the purple stone is an 8.25.
