Maryland sales tax(6%) will be charged on all items unless a Maryland resale certificate or exemption certificate is sent to our office prior to the auction closes. All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults. Capital Online Auctions does not offer any kind of warranty, expressed or implied as to any item's condition, quality or value. All of the winning bidders must pick up the items on the designated date during the designated times. The buyers are responsible for disconnecting any plumbing, shelving or other items that are connected. The buyers are responsible for any damage that they cause. Any items not picked up during those times will be considered abandoned.
