PAYMENT- US Funds. Valid Visa/MC, AMEX, Discover card required to register. Payment of cash, check, and wire transfer accepted with pre approval form Gregg Auctions LLC. 13.5% buyers' premium for credit card purchases. 10% buyers' premium or cash, check. Wire transfer add $15 for U.S. transfers, $25 for international. Maine sales tax of 5.5% applies to all items. After auction is complete credit card used at check-in will be charged complete balance due unless pre approval payments have been made.
LOCATION- Auction Items are located throughout the area, read the items descriptions for particular locations.
PICK-UP/REMOVAL- All items are required to be pickup by September 15 regardless of location. Lots 300-499 located at 1513 Chapman Rd. Chapman have a pick up time of Sept. 10, 10:00am-5:00pm. Invoice emails will have contact info to schedule pick up. If you cannot retrieve your items by September 15 and do not want them shipped do not bid. Any item not picked up by September 15 and with no prior shipping arrangements will be considered abandoned. No item(s) will be not be released until invoices have been paid in full.
DISCONNECTS- Buyer is responsible for all disconnects, covering, sealing connections left by items removed from the property. All disconnections and associated work must be performed by a qualified, licensed technician performed within industry-accepted guidelines and pertinent laws.
SHIPPING- LARGE ITEMS (equipment)- Gregg Auctions can assist in logistics in shipping. SMALL ITEMS-Shipping is available with a minimum handling cost of $10 per lot. Gregg Auctions handles most shipping in house and strives to keep costs to a minimum for buyers. If Gregg Auctions deems any item too difficult to ship a third-party packaging agent/shipper may to used.
IMAGES/ DESCRIPTIONS- Gregg Auctions LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. Images & descriptions are believed to be correct but it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Items in promotion for the auction may not be available during the sale date.
LIVE PREVIEW/INSPECTION- Items located throughout the area. Lots from 300-499 are located at 1513 with a set preview time of Sept. 7 from 3-5pm all other lotes contact Gregg Auctions to schedule a live preview.
ONLINE CLOSING- 1st lot will close Wednesday September 8 at 2pm with the next lot closing 20 seconds later, then the next lot 20 seconds after that and so on. If a lot receives a bid in the last minute prior to its closing than that lot will be extended for 1 minute and not affect the closing of other lots unless they are linked. Linked lots are lots that are similar if any linked lot receives a bid in the last minute than all lots linked with that lot will be extended 1 minute. Items with a quantity greater than one are times the money (bid x quantity=price),
BIDDING- Gregg Auctions LLC provides internet bidding as a service to Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Gregg Auctions LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the auction. Gregg Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Gregg Auctions LLC reserves the right to accept or refuse all bids. Bids above $10,000 may go into pending status and/or not be accepted. Bidders planning on bidding higher than $10,000 may need prior approval for bids to be accepted.
LOTING- Gregg Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Lot numbers and sale order may change.
WARRANTIES/VALUE- All property is sold as is where is. Gregg Auctions LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. In no event shall Gregg Auctions LLC its representatives, employees or the seller be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
INVOICES & EMAILS- After auction is complete invoices will be emailed out to winning bidders. CHECK EMAIL JUNK & SPAM folders along with your inbox folder for invoices. Invoice emails will have contact info to schedule pick up. Email greggauctions@gmail.com you believe you are the winning bidder of an item and have not received an invoice via email after 24 hours from the end of the auction.
CONTRACT BREACH- By registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth. Declined credit cards and/charge backs on credit cards is a breach of this contract and may result in legal action with buyer/credit card holder responsible for all attorney's fees.
MAINE LAW- Registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth and Maine Auction Law, Title II, Sections 2-328 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Statute of Frauds. This auction is under the jurisdiction of the State of Maine Department of Professional and Financial Regulations, Board of Licensure of Auctioneers, 35 State House Stations, Augusta, Maine, 04330.
