NOTE TOO: PLEASE BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS DRIVING & PARKING due to neighborhood population of wild GOPHER TORTOISES often on property (ps. watch your step for turtle poop, yeah it's a thing!) or on roads nearby or grazing grassy shoulders. They're treasured as a Keystone Species with burrowing activities providing shelter for over 350 other species. Vulnerable and legally protected, don't touch or disturb them. Owner moved into assisted living after losing two husbands. Family has history in upholstery business, arts and craft hobbies and amateur radio. We've relocated many items from two outbuildings plus a man cave workshop into the garage where you'll find a vast array of tools & such.
