This is an Estate Sale and not a store, so there are no refunds or exchanges as all sales are final. We will not be responsible for non working, broken, or damaged items. Please test your items prior to purchase. Bring help for heavy items. We do not assist with packing or loading, nor can we deliver. Should assistance be offered to move or deliver items, it is not authorized or approved by ESS, and we will not be held liable for any accidents or damages incurred. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Fine Jewelry sales are on Saturday and Sunday Only. We do not guarantee jewelry items as this is done through the appraiser only. Please see the appraisals for more information. We have tested but we recommend you bring your own testing equipment, gauges, scales, etc. SECURITY WILL BE ON SITE. No children please.
