PAYMENT-Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express required to register. Credit Card Purchases will be charged a 3.5% processing fee. Credit Cards used at check in will automatically be processed once the auction is complete.
PICK-UP/REMOVAL- Arrangements will be made regarding pick-up with the winning bidders with the exception of firearms which will need to picked up after undergoing a background check through an FFL. Spartan Arms and Ammo serves as the committee's FFL. SHIPPING- Bidders who wish to have their merchandise shipped will be responsible for all shipping costs. If firearms are to be shipped, they must be shipped to another FFL from Spartan Arms and Ammo. IMAGES/ DESCRIPTIONS- Images may not be actual item, but be representative of items. All images and descriptions should be reviewed prior to bidding. Gregg Auctions LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. Images and descriptions are believed to be correct but it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. ABSENTEE ONLINE BIDDING- Bids placed online will be brought to the live sale where an auction representive will bid for online participants. Online bidding ends at 4:00pm, September 11. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. INVOICES & EMAILS- After auction is complete invoices will be emailed out to winning bidders.
