* All bids are final. All sales are final, no refunds.
* All items are sold as is where is no exceptions. No warranties expressed or implied and all sales are final.
* All descriptions are believed to be accurate, inspection of items is encouraged. If you have any question please contact us.
* A 12.5% buyers premium will be added to every item sold.
* There will be a 3.5% credit card fee on all transactions using a credit card, we will run your credit card on file with Hibid after the auction unless other arrangements have been made with Lane Auction Company.
* All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction.
*Items must be picked up by Friday following each sale by 5:00 PM. We are not a storage facility and do not have the room to store items after each sale. If items can't be picked up then they can be shipped at your expense. Items not picked up will be subject to forfeiture and you will be charged a 25% relisting fee, you will be issued a refund for 75% of the "hammer" price if you paid by credit card, and the items will be relisted in our next auction. Please do not ask us to "hold items" until the next auction as we do not have the space, nor want the responsibility of your items getting lost as we move a lot of product every week. We hate to pose an inconvenience but we just do not have the room to store sold items as well as trying to bring in new products. Please understand that you are accepting these terms before you register and begin to bid. Thank you in advance. There are NO Exceptions
* No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full.
* It is the bidders responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items.
* Cash is accepted on day of pick up but prior arrangements must be made, checks are accepted but must clear our bank before items are to leave our warehouse.
* We offer shipping through UPS. We are not responsible for freight costs, that is the buyers responsibility. If you believe shipping is too high, you are more than happy to provide a shipping label for us.
* All of our auctions have a soft close.
* Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased.
* While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Lane Auction Company shall not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies.
* Any Announcements made on day of sale supersede all printed material. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder. Buyers Premium May Apply.
* Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond control. Internet bidders be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the auctioneer failing to recognize your bid. Auctioneer will work to accommodate varying internet speeds but is not responsible for the final result of delays.
