This Saturday @ 11am in Madera, Ca. These items featured on this page are at the same location as the regular auction. The only difference is these items will sell at 1pm.

We will be liquidating the entire contents of the Former Savemart Supermarket. ALL MUST GO! All Fixtures, Refrigeration Units, Shelving, Freezers, Stainless prep equipment, Produce refrigeration units by Hussman, Pallet Racks, Gondola Shelving. Signage, Check out stands… basically everything inside, including a few sinks.

Auction will take place in person only. We will be providing Covered Seating with a catalog and a 80 inch TV monitor so you can see all the items we are selling live.

In person preview begins at 9am. This is where you can test and inspect before you bid / register for the auction. Regular Auction will begin at 11am. Main Event Auction @ 1pm.

In Person Absentee bidding will cease by 10:30 am. Absentee Bidding by phone @ 559-691-6100 (Certain Restrictions Apply).  The auctioneer will bid on your behalf to an amount you set.

$3 minimum bid for numbered lots. Lots added in during the auction are subject to a $10 minimum bid. (also known as “x-lots)

AUCTIONEER SELLS 125 to 160 lots per hour.

Item Checkout Policy and Procedure: 

• You may check out (pay your invoice) as soon are you are done bidding! Auction Attendant Required During Auction Only. (This Prevents “Missing Lots”)
• Moving assistance will not be available until auction is ended. Hand Trucks and moving equipment will be provided.
• Please Review Pick Up Schedule Below
  • We are not responsible for missing lots, or items left behind.
• ALL WINNING BIDS MUST BE PAID BY SAT. 3PM!
• Location will close by 7pm on Saturday.
• SUNDAY PICK UP WILL BE FROM 10am  TO 5pm

Important Notice:

Most refrigeration equipment, fixtures, appliances are built-in and/or have additional components elsewhere in the building.

• All items won must be properly removed
• All exposed or cut wires capped
• All cut plumbing capped.

All winning bidders will be required to supply such items mentioned above at their own expense.

Removal of built-in equipment/fixtures/appliances.

• Must not damage or affect structural beams or load bearing walls.
• Some items will require some demo to remove. Please be mindful of nearby structures/appliances.
• All removal will be supervised by Leftover Treasure Staff.
