Having decided on a major downsizing, we have commissioned Art Smith Auctioneers to conduct a Live Public Auction. Due to no parking at our home and for your convenience, we will be moving everything to the Township Hall. Indoor auction with seating, clean restrooms and lunch truck. Bring your trucks & trailers as everything must be removed at the conclusion of the Auction.  Make plans to be on Port Sheldon St. on Sat. Nov. 6 at 10:00AM for the start of the great Auction.

GUNS TERMS: Per ATF ruling, this being an estate-type auction a Federal Firearms License (FFL) is not needed in the transfer of this gun collection, i.e., a National Instant Criminal Background Check (NICS) need not be completed on gun buyers. A current purchase permit or CPL will be needed on Auction day to buy a handgun with black powder hand guns being the exception. Purchase permits are available at any law enforcement agency in Michigan.
