PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - AUCTION TERMS: Once a bid is placed this bid cannot be removed. All bids are final. All sales are final with absolutely no refunds or exchanges allowed for ANY REASON. All items are sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee. Bidder must be at least 18 years old to bid.
The winning bidder is responsible for full payment and pickup of items. A 10% buyers premium applies to all purchases paid for by cash or check (No out of State Checks Please) and picked up on the scheduled pickup day(s). A 15% buyers premium applies to all purchases paid for by CC or that do not or cannot get picked up by close of business on the pickup day and any item needing shipped, the winning bidders credit card (Visa and Mastercard ONLY) will be charged for the full invoice total and any shipping fees that may apply. All winning bidders must pickup their items . All items are sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee. Sales tax will be charged unless a sales tax id number is provided or the item is being shipped out of PA. This is a timed auction but please note the Auto-Extend Feature is enabled which will leave the bidding open for any item that has received a bid within the last minute from the last recorded bid time, even if the the ending time has been reached. This feature has been added to eliminate sniping and to make the online bidding process more like a 'LIVE' auction. |

Hello and thanks for viewing our newest auction. This auction represents parts of the collections of two life-long collectors. We’re offering some amazing old toys, books, collectibles and furniture. There’s a paper doll house the likes of which we have never seen before. We’ve got a little bellhop monkey who shakes and nods his head. There’s s some great older jigsaw puzzles as well. If you collect enamel over metal cookware, we’ve got you covered. There’s also a stunning piece of Fenton, an equally stunning piece of Lenox and some new old stock items. A few notes on shipping and pick up. Pick up will be in the Patterson area. We will provide the address to the winning bidders. Any item marked shipping available is eligible for shipping. Buyers will pay actual shipping costs plus a modest $5 handling fee. As usual, pick up will be one day only. If you can’t be there on October 2, you are welcome to send someone to pick your items up for you or pay for shipping. If you are attending pick up, please don’t block neighboring driveways. Also, please do not park on lawns. We assume no responsibility for illegally parked cars being towed. Payment may be made by in-state check, cash or card. Please note there is a 3% charge for card transactions. If you are asking for shipping, payment is made by card only. Please read carefully: WE DON’T USE HIBID’S CREDIT CARD SERVICE. This means that we can’t charge the card you have on file. We will send you an invoice with shipping and handling included, please pay this one. If you have any questions, please give us a call.
