Terms & Conditions of Sale
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser but in the event of any dispute arising between two or more bidders the ultimate purchaser may be determined by the Auctioneer, whose decision shall be final or he may put up the lot or lots again. The Auctioneer may, without giving reason, refuse to accept the bid of any person or persons, and may decline the offer for any lot or withdraw any lot or lots at any time.
All sales are final, and purchasers shall pay in total for all items within 24 hours. The whole of the lots having been available for inspection, no allowances or refunds will be made nor will any buyer be permitted to reject any lot on the ground that it is not correctly described, the said lots are to be taken with all faults (if any) and will be at the buyer’s risk on fall of the hammer and thereafter the vendor and auctioneer will be free of all responsibility for safe guarding the goods and will not be liable for any loss of or responsibility to the goods whether such loss or damage is caused or contributed to by any act, neglect, or default of the Vendor, its servants, employees or agents.
All items must be picked up within 72 hours of the sale. . Any items not claimed by the end of the day on Monday will be forfeited, as the house will be closing and changing ownership soon. Shipping arrangements can be made with our local Pack and Ship company: Pack and Ship in Bird Bay Plaza, speak with Rick at (941) 484-7717 to arrange shipping. For a small fee they will pick the items up as well as ship them. All efforts to correctly describe items are made, but not guaranteed. Please inspect the items at the inspection dates given. Any deficiency in the quality described shall not vitiate the sale but neither the Vendor nor the Auctioneers shall be accountable for any deficiency, damage or loss which arise thereafter. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above Terms and Conditions, all monies paid by the Purchaser shall be absolutely forfeited and the goods purchased may be sold, either by Public Auction or Private Contract, without notification at the risk and expense of the former purchaser who shall be liable for any deficiency which may arise together with all costs and charges, but shall be entitled to any profit which may accrue from such resale. The Auctioneer is selling as agent for the respective owners of all lots. The Auctioneer does not warrant the title to any lot and shall not be responsible for deficiency in any such title. A 10% Buyer’s Premium applies to all lots A 7% State Sales tax applies to all lots being picked up or shipped within Florida. If you are a reseller and have a sales tax certificate, please send us a copy of your certificate. Payment may be made with Cash or good check for previous clients upon pick up. Any items not picked up will be forfeited, and no refunds can be made. Your bid must adhere to the bid increment schedule.

Buyer Premium 10% Buyer's premium on all purchases Payment Terms Payment for items is required strictly within 2 business days of date of the auction closing. This is to ensure timely payment of net proceeds to vendors whilst complying with the rules and laws of the State of Florida. All invoices not generated on auction day will be emailed to successful bidders. If an email address cannot be supplied you will need to contact us by phone. Payment can be made in cash, or Good Check for previous clients. If you require your items to be posted or shipped, please advise and after payment for items won the local pack and ship company can calculate postage and assist you in shipping your item(s).

Invoices will be emailed out to winning bidders after the auction, please check your spam folder if you can't see an invoice. All items are being sold at absolute auction, No Reserves, No Minimums Please ensure you check your spam mail folder post auction in the event that you have won any lots as our invoices tend to land there.
