MEOW For all the kittie items in the last bedroom down the hallway~ Tuesday coming January 20th we invite you over to share from Elsie’s favorite notions and collections at 3743 Esperanza DriveSacramento 95864 in Arden Park. We’ll have yellow arrow signs up directing you to the sale from Arden Way and Watt Avenue at Las Pasas. This sale will run Tuesday 9-4 only Fair pricing 9am-12noon Half price 12noon-3pm Boxlot pricing 3pm-4pm We will have some free items in garage after 4pm so bring boxes. Yes we will also have our $100 raffle prize drawn just before we open on Tuesday as well. This house is just beautiful to spend time in. From a clean-functioning, Kimball piano to an entire room dedicated to kitty cat figurines and artwork, Japanese mud-men, sewing, office supplies and floral design-work…this is just an enjoyable home to be in. The second bedroom boast white wicker and French provincial furnishings dressed up with every holiday imaginable. Lots and lots of Christmas. When you enter the house you’ll be struck by plenty of crystal and stemware and accents of Roseville pottery, watercolor paintings, prints, vases and a wonderful quality cherry dining room set with plenty of chairs and a matching buffet. The little sun-room is set up with jewelry, lps, a medium sized couch and plenty of collectibles. Each room has its share of beautiful working clocks and the front dining area even boasts a grandfather clock. The kitchen has plenty of vintage kitchenware, the back open porch area is home to 70s era rattan, artwork and pottery as well as garden goodies. There is a really old and weathered but strong and fierce homemade patio bed-swing in chipped green paint as well as some patio chairs and garden statuary outback of the home. The garage has bits and pieces of boys tools and such. This sale will be quick and frenzied as most mid-week sales go so stop by early and share a cup of joe and donuts with the crew as they will be setting up by 7am Tuesday and will open the doors at 9am sharp.
