CT does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, and electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate. In the case of obvious faults (chips, cracks, significant damage, etc.) we do our best to list the fault within the description. We will provide descriptions based on our assessment of an item. However, we do not assume that our assessment of condition will be the same as your assessment. Most of the items we sell are used, antique, or vintage. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. We will not list every flaw associated with each item, and flaws are to be expected. Upon Winning a Bid: Within 1 day of the close of the auction you will receive an invoice which describes what you have won, the purchase amount, the address for pick up, and the date and time of pick up.


If you fail to pick-up your items or make other arrangements with us (prior to pick-up day), you forfeit your right to the item(s) and no refund will be issued. We understand emergencies sometimes occur and we are willing to work with you in these situations. However, you must communicate with us prior to pick-up dates to facilitate any special requests in this regard. Caring Transitions is under no obligation to meet any special requests.


We don't want to appear unfriendly, but TRANSPORTING PROPERTY IS A GREAT IMPOSITION FOR US. Customers failing to pick up their items on the scheduled day of pick up will be charged a $50.00 handling and $1.00 per day storage fee for property transported from its original location to our storage location. If the size of the item is such that a "special trip" is required to transport the item mileage ($0.55 per mile) and an hourly fee of $50.00 per hour will also be imposed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Paid-for property transported to storage by CT will be forfeited and subject to being resold if not picked up within 7 days.


NOTE: BRING ENOUGH HELP TO LIFT, CARRY AND LOAD YOUR ITEM(S). DUE TO INSURANCE LIABILITY, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP LIFT, CARRY, OR LOAD ITEMS. CONSIDER SIZES AND BRING VEHICLES WITH ADEQUATE SPACE TO ACCOMODATE YOUR PURCHASES.


Payment Instructions: Seller requires pre-payment through PayPal or call us at 513-353-0168 with major credit card information. PayPal will give you the option of paying with your credit card if you do not have a PayPal account. Payment must clear PayPal or credit card before shipping or pick-up, so please process payment as soon as you receive your invoice. Other payment options may be considered on an individual basis at the discretion of Caring Transitions. You must email rczarnecki@caringtransitions.net or call 513-353-0168, prior to pick-up, to be considered for any special payment arrangements. You will be provided the pick-up address and directions to the location at auction’s end (it will be on the invoice emailed to you). Property that has been paid for yet has not been Picked-Up by the end of the Pick-Up period will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund. Exceptions to this rule will be made under the following conditions: if the Customer has contacted C.T. via telephone or email before the end of Pick-Up to inform C.T. that the Customer can’t come for scheduled Pick-Up, or if the Customer has an acceptable and on-going agreement with C.T. to pick-up their items at a later time.


Attention Resellers: Please call or e-mail us prior to paying so we can adjust your sales tax. Resellers are required to provide a copy of the reseller permit prior to the sale ending. Please e-mail permit to rczarnecki@caringtransitions.net.
