The sale will run in several segments:

1.) The first segment will be the preview. The dates of the preview are August 24th and 25th from 8am-2pm. This will allow potential buyers to preview items, measure cabinets and doors, check applications and walk the property. There will be NO sales on these days, it will be a preview only. No items may be marked or saved in any manner. Please bring your own tape measures. The preview is for looking and measuring only. Please do not pick up or touch small items.

2.) The second segment will be the actual sale. Details on line up, parking and numbering will follow as we get closer to the sale.

3.) The third segment will be the pickup of residential fixtures. During the sale, items such as counter tops, cabinets, chandeliers, door and gates will not be removed. They must be picked up the following week at the completion of the sale. Residential fixtures will however be marked sold during the actual estate sale. Residential fixtures must be removed by the purchaser or arrangements made with a licensed contractor for removal.

General Information:

We will have a golf cart shuttle around the property and the residential street to assist customers moving from their vehicles to the property.
Everyone entering the property will have to sign in at the front gate.
Armed security will be on site 24/7.
There are several acres to walk on this property, please dress accordingly.
Please read and adhere to all rules posted here and on the property.
Capacity at each house will be limited (There are 4 houses)
A delivery company will be standing by to make customer pickups.

The residence is accessible by truck from two different gates for landscaping pickups. Several protected species will be marked and are NOT for sale.

We absolutely cannot give out any pricing information before the sale. There are over 30,000 individual items at this sale and we most certainly cannot remember them all during a phone call. Thank you for understanding!
