FFL transfers will be handled by third party FFL dealer. You will pay for your gun(s) at the sale and will need to pick up in the following days at the FFL dealer. Sales tax will be charged on gun purchases to all persons except FFL dealers. If you have a sales tax-exempt license it does not apply to firearms. FFL dealers can take immediate possession of firearms.
