All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warrenty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the buyers responsibilty to view, inspect and test the items on or during the inspection dates.

If a buyer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccuate information. The buyer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic conditon, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities.

All items in this auction are sold AS IS. We have done our best to provide accurate info of the contents of each pallet, but some inventoried items may not be present and not every box was opened and examined. BIDDING: Bidding on the first lot will close Saturday 10/16 at 5:00pm, with each successive lot delayed slightly. If a bidder places a bid within the last 2 minutes, the end time will be extended. Full terms of the auction can be found on HiBid. PAYMENT: We are unable to accept cash or checks. The card entered into our site will be charged the day following the auction's close. At that time you will receive an email with your invoice and instructions for pickup. PICKUP: Pickup for this auction is 10/18 and 10/19. You MUST bring a copy of your invoice to pick up your items. If you do not pick up on these dates or contact us within one week of the auction's close, your items WILL be re-listed and your purchase WILL NOT be refunded.
