When a customer enters a bid, he enters a binding contract by the laws and statues in the state of Texas. Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items. Auction begins ending on 10/19 at 6:30 p.m. Pick up will be Thursday, 10/21 from 10:00 till 3:00 at our Auction House which is located at 2000 W.SW. Loop 323 in Tyler, TX.
Shipping will be offered on coins and jewelry ONLY. If you require shipping, it will be up to you to call the Auction House on day of pick up to arrange shipping. We will not charge your card on file.
If you fail to pick up your items or call to arrange shipping, your card will be charged and items forteited.You will be responsible for loading your own items. We have no extra help to do it for you. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the Auction House at 903-312-7586.
