We're back in Fountain Hills and this week's sale is the one to visit! Every room in this beautiful home is absolutely packed and we will have plenty of items for sale, including patio furniture, patio decor, metal patio art, different planters and plants, Southwestern style patio decor and ceramics, tall vases, hanging jugs, original Talavera - different items, such as planters, plates, bowls, statues... The jewerly in this household is definitely one to feature with a beautifully framed set of heavy sterling and turquoise chain necklace, 4 different sterling and turquoise cuffs, and other pieces as well, including turquoise sterling rings, some other bracelets, charms, some gold pieces, including earrings, bracelet and necklace - all in 14k gold. 

The kitchen of this home is packed as well - we'll have set of 4 Le Creuset lime green cocottes, Kitchen Aid standing mixer, vintage chrome malt or milkshake mixer, Baker's rack, kitchen cart, numerous (some like new) cutting boards, a great number of pots and pans by different brands, including Calphalon, Cuisinart, Paul Revere, and other ones. There are a number of cast iron pots as well. And let's not forget about some great Rooster decorations for the kitchen - figures, statues, plates, butter knives, etc. There are multiple dish and porcelain sets too. 

The living room presents a great collection of Peruvian and Mexican pottery, with some of them signed. We'll have about 3 feet tall wood carved and signed coyote, plenty of heavy and beautiful stone ceramic vases, jugs, pitchers and planters, some with cowhide decoration. There's plenty of crystal too, with a couple pieces by Waterford and Nambe. The living room also presents Ital leather collection sofas - love seat and a 3-cushion sofa, as well as the leather chair with ottoman, and very unique, truly one-of-a-kind marble coffee table with chrome legs. Many of the rugs in this home are wool pile and will be for sale as well, they are in great condition as well. 

The collection of dolls is breathttaking and almost overwhelming, as we'll present one of the rooms solely dedicated to all the dolls, doll house, clothing and accessories that will be for sale. We have Mary Osmond dolls still in box, many new Barbies in box - mostly from early 2000's, about 20 years old. There will be a few different Raggedy Ann dolls, Disney Cinderella large doll, other Disney dolls, Princess dolls, bisque head dolls, vintage dolls, Asian dolls, Cabbage Patch Kids, vintage Barbie Corvette, some original Barbie clothing...

The back bedroom will present a unique air plane model, along with Soutwestern figures and ceramics, a great collection of books, oversized easel, few painting/drawing supplies, awesome selection of linens, small and big shelf decor items, office supplies, pilot training games, systems, etc, oversized desk, contemporary lamp, desk lamp, Canon camera with accessories and other items. 

Garage is full of some great treasures, including plenty of tools, hand tools, drills, sanders, including Craftsman router, tablesaw, painting supplies, wet-dry shop vac, gardening supplies, shovels, rakes, gardening tools, cleaning supplies, baking ware, including Nordicware, Calpahlon and other baking trays and pans, We have a wood working bench and horse as well, plenty of Halloween, Thanksgiving decorations, as well as Christmas items, lighting, vintage cookbooks, cooking magazines, recipes and recipe boxes, diffirent size coolers and lunchbags, Figidaire freezer, and other items.

The Master bedroom is filled with some high quality Christmas decor including large Santa, Mrs. Santa, light up decor, stockings, a whole table of different nutcrackers, some vintage audio and stereo equipment by Sony, over 100 vinyl records, and we also have some 45rpm records in the garage, some with sleeves... There's plenty of clothing, including some designer brands such as Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Guess brand new booties size 8, leather native suede leather jackets with turquoise and bead decor, perfume bottles, some costume jewelry, as well as jewelry boxes and trays, cool wardrobe furniture, electric reclining leather couch, throw pillows, bedding, designer purses and handbags, and some brand new clothing as well. 

There's a selection of original and printed art in this household too, with original litographs by with COA from 1980s, custom framed.
