A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening daily. Any other sheet started will not be honored. NO BAGS, BOXES OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE SALE. For larger/heavier items please be sure to bring your own labor to assist with moving. Any dispute on item will result in auction to the highest bidder. |

Grasons Co Premier is presenting another fun-tastic Estate Sale in E. Palmdale! This 2-day sale features an Imperial International Pool Table, 2006 Kia Sedona, Gun Safe, Household Goods, Tools, and more! Saturday most items will be 50% off! The entry sign-up sheet will be out at 8am and the SALE STARTS at 9am and no other signup sheet will not be honored. Unfortunately, NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We are working on multiple homes at the same time with 100’s of items in them. Therefore, it is impossible to remember prices correctly. WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED. For everyone's safety we will be following all CDC guidelines to maintain compliance as related to COVID-19 at the sale: Masks are required and we will continue to enforce social distancing. We will also continue to limit the amount of people into the house at once to maintain social distancing practices. However, we do ask that if you are ill, please refrain from attending the sale.
