REAL ESTATE TERMS: A 10%. Down payment per tract will be required within 2 days after acceptance of final bid via check, cashier's check or traceable payment to Graber Auctions and will be held in the Escrow Account until closing. (The down payment will be applied to the purchase price at closing). The Balance of the sale is due within 21 days (at closing). The successful bidder(s) will be required to sign a Purchase Agreement upon acceptance of final bid and the 2% Buyers Premium will be due at that time and can be made by cash or check.
