Please bring a list of the auctions lots you would like to view during the preview.

Please know that once you bid online, we aren't able to cancel your bid. All items are sold AS IS, and all sales are final, with NO REFUNDS.

All auction lots are subject to a 15% buyer's premium. We use a "soft close" auction, which means if you are bidding on an item and someone else makes a last minute bid, the auction will be extended for an additional time (30secs to 1min) , allowing you to make a counter bid.

38Buckley Auctions uses the services of Hibid auction platform for online bidding. Please refer to Hibid's website for how to register and bid online. Buyer is responsible for all online bidding. 38Buckley Auctions cannot place bids for the buyer as the buyer must properly register and bid through the Hibid platform.
38Buckley Auctions or any of its staff shall not be held responsible or liable for any human or technical bidding errors, or internet bidding system shutdowns that may occur.

Maryland Sales Tax of 6% collected unless tax ID number is on file, please email or call to have your tax ID # entered BEFORE close of the auction. Please call 443-515-0905 or email 38buckley@gmail.com to add your tax ID# into our system.
>You will need to spend at least $200.00 before tax exemption - Maryland Tax Law.

After business 10 days you will be assessed a $5.00 per lot, per day; Storage Fee that will be charged to your credit card on file on day of pickup.

Please note that items still remaining at our auction center 30 calendar days after the auction date will be considered abandoned and will be consigned to a future auction without additional notice to the purchaser, with no refunds.

All items are sold "AS-IS, where-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Please bid accordingly if you are uncertain of the condition or use of an item.

Statements by 38Buckley Auctions regarding the condition of objects are for guidance only and should not be relied upon as statements of fact, and do not constitute a representation or assumption of liability by 38Buckley Auctions. Photographs may also be used to represent the condition of an item.

Textiles including rugs, are subject to varying degrees of wear, soiling and damage including pest damage and dry rot. Bidders are responsible to satisfy themselves regarding the condition of the items they are bidding on from the information and photographs provided, by personal inspection at preview or by calling 38Buckley Auctions prior to preview for a condition report. All items are sold "AS IS."

PAYMENT
We will charge the credit card on file for payment of your purchases at the close of the auction.
We also will accept cash & cashier's check upon pickup of your purchased items, please message or call us if you wish to pay with cash or check BEFORE close of the auction. We will process all payments after the final lot is sold.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE END OF THE DAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION.
BIDDERS WHO DO NOT PAY BY THIS DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE AUCTIONS.

PICKUP

We are open for pick up by appointment only from Thursday November 11th to Saturday November 13th. Must call 443-515-0905 or email to schedule your time for safe social distancing pickup, time slots will be available from 10am to 5pm Thur. thru Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday. Please bring a copy of your paid receipt when picking up.
Parking is on Buckley Ave. by the glass door. - Please call when you arrive.

SHIPPING

38Buckley Auctions will not ship your items until we have either an email or phone call to do so.

Due to shipping supplies going up there will be a handling charge on top of the shipping cost.
Handling charges range from $10 to $25 depending on the amount of items being shipped.

We do our best to offer very reasonable shipping and delivery rates. We can ship most auction items, please note that items labeled LPU (Local Pickup) will not be shipped.

We also have Antique Furniture Shipping available for large items or large groups of items, please call or send an email for a list of shippers to accommodate your needs. We can provide quotes for UPS/USPS or Through our Antique Furniture Shippers.

We have added weights to items to allow you to gather estimates through UPS & USPS or another shipper you'd prefer. *

Won combination of lots weighing over 50 lbs will be shipped in multiple boxes.

PLEASE NOTE some items are marked LOCAL PICKUP Only. Whether the item is too fragile or too bulky to ship. We can work with UShip Delivery Persons if needed. Please call should you have any questions.

We do not ship: Firearms, Ammunition, Hazardous Materials, Dangerous Goods or Lithium Batteries - These items will need to be picked up.

If you fail to contact us, your items will be forfeited with NO REFUNDS.

Online Only Auction. Public Preview to be held November 7th from 1pm to 5pm. Auction will end November 10th at 6pm. Pickup will be by appointment only Thursday November 11th to Saturday November 13th. Shipping is available via USPS or UPS. We also have Antique Furniture shippers available.
