·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards (over $20.00).

We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·        Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm

·        Numbers are given out at 8am every day; you must be present to receive one.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

Remember we are also still looking for our missing baskets. If you have one or see one bring it to us for a $10.00 Ampersand Sale Credit.

We are conducting an Estate Sale in a wonderful Northbrook home again due to the massive snow Chicago received last weekend. Friday will be business as usual since we added many new items & Saturday will be 50% OFF any items under $100.00 and we will be making deals for all the rest! The home is filled with numerous Cooking Items, some Oriental Treasures, Fur Coats, Contemporary Furniture, China, Crystal, Stemware, a 1991 Cadillac Allante Pininfarina. We also brought in many new items to add to the sale: Sports Collectibles, Harley Davidson Motorcycle seats & saddle bags, Women’s Clothing, Area Rugs & Runners, Toys & Books and so much more! From Sanders Road & Walters Avenue in Northbrook, IL.

Take Walters Avenue east to Sunburst Lane.

Turn left (north) on Sunburst Lane to Snowbird Lane.

Turn left (west) on Snowbird Lane the address is 3921on the south side of the street.
