Estate Sale Terms
1. All sales are final. 2. The Sellers nor Progressive Auction Co. makes any representations as to the condition of any or all items. 3. All items are being sold in as is, where is, how is condition without any warranty of any kind written, oral, and or implied. 4. Cash or good local check will be accepted for this sale. In the event a check is returned to the Co. for any reason the buyer signing the check will be responsible for any and all fees and attorney fees including a $50.00 return check fee to the Co. 5. There will be a 18% Buyers premium added to the sales price with a 3% discount for using cash. 6. If your purchasing by credit card you are subjecting your lending institution to the same terms and conditions you have entered into by registering for this sale. No chargebacks are allowed for this sale, or any other auction or estate sale conducted by Progressive Auction Company, LLC. Either live or online. In the event a chargeback was to get through your lending institution will be notified of these terms and will be directed to refund all monies and fees deducted from the any account of Progressive Auction Company LLC. That the monies were withdrawn from. In the event the institution refuses to do so you are still liable for any and all chargeable items bought as well as any legal cost to Progressive Auction Company LLC. Both, you, and your lending institution will be named in the claim. |

This business liquidation is being conducted to settle an estate. There are all types of items in this sale and will be sold individualy during the two day sale. The is a large stock of stones to mke all type of jewelry that may be purchased as a whole. It will be mostly separated from the rest of the items for sale even though they are includedin the pictures in the advertisement of this sale. There are items from all over the world included in this sale. Some are of great value dating back to 1910. There are antiques, rare items and even one of akind items. Some of the items will be identified and some may not be but allitems arefor sale. The sale will begine at 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.on November 12th and again on November 13th from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on November 13th. Shipping can be made available at the buyers expense as well as packaging of all items. There will be a 5.3 percent sales tax charged as well on ll purchses. If your a collector or a person of interest, we are sure you will find plenty of opportunities to purchase some nice items at this sale. |
