Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a MAJOR Train, Railroad & sports card collectors dream estate sale in Colchester CT on Dec 11th from 9am-2pm. To start off you will find an absolutely incredible vintage model train collection! You will also find a massive sports card collection which includes baseball, football, basketball & hockey. Numerous rookies, signed cards, game used cards as well as vintage cards! This house is jam packed so you will also find antiques, vintage toys, beanie babies, stamp collection, huge political pin collection, books, furniture, decorations, collectibles, tools, household, home décor & so much more!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!
Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive).
If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).
Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
