Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting an Absolutely Gargantuan vintage clothing & accessories Athol Estate Sale on Friday March 25th 9am-pm & Saturday March 26th from 9am-12pm if needed. This large property has not been open to the public since the early 1990’s. It is completely jam packed with vintage clothing from the 1950’s thru the early 1990’s. You will find multiple floors to explore and dig through the thousands & thousands of pieces of clothing! You will also find vintage shoes, boots, antiques, Mid Century furniture, lamps, lighting, collectibles, vintage kitchenware, baseball cards, vhs movies, art, collectibles, tools, hardware, knick-knacks, household goods & so much more! The amount of vintage clothing in this incredible Estate Sale is going to blow your mind! You absolutely can’t miss this once in a lifetime event!!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!
Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). IF YOU START THE SIGN UP SHEET PLEASE PUT IT ON THE MAIN DOOR IN BETWEEN THE TWO SHOWROOM WINDOWS. WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY OTHER SIGN UP SHEET!
If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).
Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
