MOVING FURNITURE: Bring your own help. We are NOT able to assist in the moving/loading of items. If you or your movers damage the home while removing an item(s), you are responsible for repairs. COMPASSIONATE TRANSITION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES or ACCIDENTS WHILE ON THE PREMISES.

WHEN BUYING LARGE ITEMS — make sure you let someone know so they can place a hold on the item you wish to purchase that day. RESPECT ANY TAPED -OFF AREAS/OBJECTS: Certain areas will be designated by tape as OFF LIMITS. Do not violate the OFF- LIMIT areas. Sold items are indicated by signs or tape with SOLD on them. Those caught removing tape, or going into a taped off area, will be banned from this and future sales.

Please leave your back packs and large bags at home or in car. We WON'T allow large bags unless they are empty to start and emptied when checking out. We encourage open boxes and clear bags. THEFT: We will prosecute thieves.
