This is a breathtaking estate with an incredible collection of antiques and collectibles from all over the world. The collection includes antiques from countries such as China, France, Russia and so many more. There are jade pieces, an antique scale, and so many other highly collectable items. The collection is not limited to antiques. There are also a number of modern pieces of furniture, artwork, and accessories. There is a great leather couch, a mahogany and marble topped bar, multiple leather recliners, a marble coffee table, lamps, multiple marble tables, a bedroom set, desks, clocks, a travertine table, bookshelves, fire irons, and so much more.

The collection of art is incredible. There are many original pieces of art. There are paintings, drawings, and bronze sculptures. The art is from artists such as Olivia Armando Huerto, Eric Scott, Mandich, Fabian Perez, Yvaral, Michael Moebius, Frank Lisko, John Hull, and so many more. All art items are signed, have certificates of authenticity, and have artist book.

This villa has hundreds of exotic plants all throughout the property. There are potted plants and hanging plants. The collection of plants includes palm trees, roses, agave, fruit trees, succulents, ferns, and so many other beautiful plants. The grounds have been turned into an oasis. There are fountains, substantial wind chime sets, lava stones, stone benches, a bar set, oil lamps, patio sets, Buddha statues (some made of marble, some made of concrete and others made of wood), and so much more. It really is breathtaking.

The collection also includes multiple fish tanks filled with exotic fish. There are both fresh water and salt water tanks. There are also parakeets and doves.

The collection includes fine china, porcelain, and crystal items from some of the most desirable names.

There is an extensive collection of books, You will also find immaculate professional gym equipment, flat screen TVs, computers, refrigerators, a massage table, an Aston Villa football club autographed ball, a Muhammad Ali collectable, and an incredible Kettler ping pong table.

There are also immaculate tools that include a 10 inch drill press with laser trac, a Dremel disc/belt sander, a Craftsmen 12 inch band saw, multiple vices, and more.

Last, but not least, there are three 2013 Vespas.

Parking

This estate is located on a private and gated road in Beverly Hills. The road is reserved for homeowners and there is no parking. As a result, we will provide a complimentary shuttle service for all of our guests. The shuttle pick-up will be located on the corner of N. Doheny Dr. and St. Ives Dr., just 4 blocks North of the Sunset Blvd. and N. Doheny Dr. intersection. There will be a white shuttle pick-up sign at the pick-up point. We ask that you park at the shuttle pick-up point. There is plenty of street parking there.

Shuttles will run every 15 minutes from 7:45 am to 4 pm on Saturday and 8:45 am to 4 pm on Sunday. Mark your calendars.
