This weekend we have an absolutely amazing sale in the beautiful area of Fountain Hills - the house will be listed for sale shortly, and everything inside is absolutely gorgeous and in immaculate condition. The homeowner of this unique estate was an art collector, and we'll have couple rare sculptures, made and signed by Danny Garcia, the Carmel artist, known in US and internationally. With his passing in 2012, his artwork has appreciated tremendously, and is very scarce especially in condition and size presented in this household. The first photo shows the Cypress tree, made of Brass with a lot of detail, signed on one of the branches, and measuring around 48 by 48 inches. This is the biggest piece we've seen to date available for sale. The other sculpture of his is Willow trees, with brass and many gemstones elements - this one is smaller but very interesting and original as well. 

There are plenty other art pieces in this household as well, including couple original paintings by Mike Shogren, a local Arizona artist, with some of his large prints as well. We have a 1995 Kinkade print with COA. There are two books filled with Richard Timm signed, and registered prints - all with certificates of authenticity.

Most of the furniture in this estate had been purchased at Ladlow's and is in great condition, including the sectional, drum wooden table, end tables, sofa table, curio French Provincial style cabinet, and gorgeous master bedroom King size bedroom suite, including bed, 2 nightstands, wardrobe. One of the guest bedrooms also has a Queen size United furniture bed and wardrobe with nightstand, plus some Thomasville accent furniture pieces. At this sale you may also find one of the most exquisite serving tray table sets - by Bombay with ornate inlaid on each. There are couple pieces from Ethan Allen, including French Provincial oversized chairs, that are like new and absolutely beautiful. There are also a few antique items, such as dictionary/book stand on wheels, which accompanies second edition of Mirriam Webster International Dictionary, along with other vintage early 1900s and late 1800s books. The antique rocking chairs, needlepoint decorated chairs, footstool, side coffee/bar serving table with removable tray and curio case will be for sale as well.  

The Native American jewelry here is over 50 years old, and in amazing condition - some pieces are stamped or signed, including 2 Squash Blossom necklaces. We'll have some turquoise and coral mixed rings, Sleeping Beauty cuffs, turquoise bracelets and necklaces and so much more. This sale will also present some vintage sterling pieces - spoons, Christmas ornaments, small bowls, ramekins, etc. 

The kitchen is absolutely full with small and big appliances, Keurigs, standing mixer, plenty of pottery, rare Pyrex and Corning Ware, Eddie Bauer Christmas dish set, along with plenty Christmas platters, glassware, table linens decor and more! This house has also a large set of Waterford Tremore, retired pattern crystal glassware - there are drinking glasses, water goblets, wine glasses, as well as Tremore and another pattern cordial glasses. We'll also have some extremely rare Edinburgh crystal brandy snifters, among plenty of other crystal glasses, which includes Lenox, Mikasa, German and Irish Lead Crystal glasses. This estate will also present some antique porcelain by Royal Staffordshire, "Iris" pattern, and Lenox "McKinley" pattern of over 100 pieces, as well as very rare and antique RS Prussia teacups, vase and pitcher, along with a few Limoges plates, cups, etc. 

The living room will also present a one of a kind buy this time of a year especially - as we have a Bose Home Theater System - still in box! We'll have a nice Yamaha receiver, brand new as well - with box and cables, still present, brand new Vizio soundbars, smart Panasonic blu ray player, and more!

The garage will have some tools, ladders, shop wet air dry vacuum, extension cords, Lynx golf clubs, household cleaning supplies, painting tools, Craftsman wrenches, two tool boxes, and much, much more!
