Terms:
ALL Items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
All descriptions are believed to be accurate but NOT guaranteed.
Bidders inspection is encouraged, by photo or in person.
By placing a bit, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Therefore, no returns, refunds, or refusal to remove your items for our auction house, ALL SALES ARE FINAL & Irrevocable.
15% Buyers premium rate charged to bidders.
We accept Cash or credit cards. Credit will be charged immediately after the auction ends. Cash discount at pick up of 2%.
Pick up customers: Pick up is normally on Saturday and Sunday after the auction ends. You have until Sunday at 5pm to pick up the items.
Shipping customers: Let us know up front you will need shipping on any items won. We charge a $10 Handling fee to pull your order and transport it to our 3rd party shipper. 3rd party shipper will contact you with options and you will pay him direct for shipping.
If items are left for any reason past 20 days past the auction, we will charge you full price and resell you items at our convenience.
Auctioneer had the right to accept bids in the increments he chooses. He also has the right to pass on any bid he feels in not in the best interest of his clients.

our second annual Black Friday Auction. Lots of Advertising sign, Posters huge amount of Christmas decor, Mini Hallmark School Days Lunchboxes, Few Porcelain Dolls, loads of hallmark ornaments, unique item, tin cicus, animated display, and some hardware - ceiling fan in box, few old tools. auction will begin 11/17@ 7am thru 11/28 soft clos begins at 7pm. pick is 12/4 10 am- 5pm, any item we are shipping will by note on the lot. we will accept credit or cash. Paynents will be made at pick up, shipping we will email your invoice with a payment link, if you like you could call us and we can take payment over the phone..
