1.All property is sold "AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Andreas & Associates may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Andreas & Associates be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. 1a. STORAGE UNIT LIEN: Lien laws must always be followed. If storage liens are paid off prior to the close of the auction that lot will be pulled from the sale. All sales are final and considered "as is". Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled. There will be a $50 refundable cleaning deposit. Once the unit is cleaned out the deposit will be returned. Units must be completely cleaned out by Monday, December 13th and all trash removed from the premises. 2.Bidders who bid from off site understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder?s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Andreas & Associates shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Andreas & Associates will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. 3.Andreas & Associates reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Andreas & Associates also reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. 4.All items are to be paid in full prior to removal from auction site. As always, Your bid is a contract and will be treated as such. 5.All auction sales will be settled using the buyers credit card on-file with HiBid. |
