Payment Instructions: All invoices and shipping totals will be tallied and charged to the card on file with Proxibid within 48 hours of the end of the auction.

If you have questions about shipping, pick-ups, specific lots or anything else, please contact us BEFORE bidding. If you wish to pay with a card other that the card on file with Proxibid, you should let us know before the end of the auction to avoid a delay. There will be a $25 fee for charging through any means other than Proxibid.

All items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment, often 24 or less. We use Shipping Saint for Shipping Payments and Tracking of Packages and pickups. If our auction includes In-house shipping, we will send an estimate through Shipping Saint and you will need to pay that separately from the items which are charged through the card on file with Proxibid.

Paid total includes the amount paid for each lot, buyer's premium, applicable tax, handling/box fee and applicable shipping fees and insurance.

If you choose to pick up your winning bids instead of having them mailed, please contact us through text, phone or email BEFORE the end of the auction to avoid any accidental charges. All PickUps will be prescheduled. Ringwood NJ PickUps will be pre-scheduled using Shipping Saint via your email on file with Proxibid. If you are in-between or nearby Lock Haven PA and Ringwood NJ, feel free to contact us for other options. We may deliver for an agreed upon fee.

PA residents will be charged a 6% sales tax unless you send Merchant's Wares a REV-1220 Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate, which we will keep on file for future auctions. NJ Residents will be charged NJ Sales tax. You can register your Sales Tax ID with Proxibid, and PA AND NJ residents with a number on file with Proxibid will not be charged sales tax.

If you prefer to use your own shipper, we can deliver the items to a UPS store. Merchant's Wares has several locations and the auctioneer travels regularly between them.

As we are often on the road, text messages are often the fastest method of contact to the auctioneer 201-694-2773 - If you want an option other than USPS Priority Mail or UPS for shipping, we appreciate it if you would contact Merchant's Wares before the auction, even if you are unsure if you will win an item.

We will try to combine multiple winning bids to help our bidders save on shipping. Expect a handling fee of $5-$30 per box for this auction, as we will try our best to pack your items appropriately and safely. We have a few sizes to minimize box cost and will try to box your winning bid(s) as efficiently as possible

All property is sold AS IS and All SALES ARE FINAL. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and any other properties of the items you chose to bid on. Merchant's Wares may attempt to describe the merchandise online and in advertising, or through other means available, but may not be held responsible for having made or implied a warranty or a representation of fitness for any particular purpose. IT IS UP TO YOU, as the BUYER, to determine the value of each lot and to consider shipping and other fees before bidding. Please ask us BEFORE YOU BID if you have any questions!

It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Merchant's Wares will endeavor to describe in-detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Merchant's Wares will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

PICKUPS at our Ringwood NJ location will be scheduled by Shipping Saint through your email and phone number on file with Proxibid. ALL Pick-ups must be made within two weeks of full payment, or holding/storage charges will be incurred. If items are not picked up within 30 days, they may be resold, with no refund to the original bidder. Special arrangements for large orders or certain circumstances may be made with the auctioneer directly, BEFORE the end of the auction.

Box/Handling Fee (shipping only) - This fee covers materials and time needed to package your items safely including (and not limited to) boxes, bubblewrap, foam peanuts, foam packaging, tape, labels, etc.

We want you, our bidders, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not sure about an item and want more information, please ask! There are NO returns and NO refunds. We will do our best to provide you with information, and if needed, will announce the additional information in the announcement sections.

Fees for items not picked up in a timely manner are $5 per day per item, which will be incurred starting 9 days after original invoice was sent.
