This auction is located at a large warehouse in Hamilton, OH.  In the warehouse, there were several businesses which included a 3- level pawn shop, machine shop equipment, medical cabinets, and industrial lighting company.  

Furniture and décor include but not limited to:  Several Large Hutches, Dressers, Restaurant size bar, 2 home bars, beer tap, fine art, large garden fountains, bar signs, coffee tables, end tables, large couch/loveseat set, tables, pool table, nesting tables and so much more

Collectibles include: Large vintage cash register, several vintage signs, tools, antique lighting, glassware, home decor, sled, stereo equipment, vintage halloween masks, Jazz Jersey, and much more

Machine shop: Lathe machines, air compressor, forklift, steel and metal work benches, toolboxes, drill press, and much more

Cash is preferred at pickup or pay credit card online before you get there. 

PLEASE READ PARKING DIRECTIONS:  Please park legally on the street and be courteous to the neighbors.

NO ALTERNATIVE PICKUP DATE AVAILABLE!  MOVERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP WITH FURNITURE! THERE WILL BE SOMEONE THERE TO HELP MOVE ITEMS WITH THE FORKLIFT.  IF WOULD BE KIND IF YOU COULD TIP HIM FOR HELPING YOU.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MOVERS WILL NOT BE ON SITE TO HELP CARRY YOUR ITEMS/FURNITURE SO PLEASE BRING HELP!  Also remember we do our best to describe items but remember these are used items and we occasionally miss a flaw.

I know a lot of things about a lot of things but I can’t know everything about everything so please always use photographs as further description and feel free to ask questions. I do my best to describe items as well as I can and by the information given to me by my sellers.

Always bring your own boxes and packing materials and be prepared to remove your items from the warehouse yourself as movers will not be on site to help you. Bring your own labor.

Please always be mindful of the neighbors and do not block mailboxes, driveways or park in people's grass. Please make sure when parking on the street that you allow room for cars to get through.
