Sales tax will be added to purchase price. 5. 10% buyers premium, with a 3% surcharge for all credit cards. 6. All items sold AS IS WHERE IS. All sales are final, no refunds. 7. Items not paid for and not picked up within the scheduled days and times for pick up and check out will be forfeited DUE TO BEING AND ON SITE and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. 10.
