This property has a house, a large 2 story mill/barn and a small 2 story workshop to explore! You will find antiques, old Norton Fireman’s helmet & badges, old furniture, bureaus, tables, old crocks & jugs, art, prints, early handmade sampler, costume jewelry, gold & silver, old watches, vintage military pins & patches, china, glassware, old clocks, vintage books, Knights of Columbus memorabilia, old bottles, antique Baby Grand piano, pump organ, antique stove, bookcases, some clothing, linen, glassware, household goods, tools, scrap metal, a large amount of lumber & wood, hand tools, power tools, hardware, signs, ride on lawn tractor, old log splitter, yard & garden tools, like new washing machine & dryer, collectibles, knick-knacks & so much more… This is one Estate Sale you absolutely do not want to miss being a part of!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!
Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive).
If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).
Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
