The per item schedule is as follows: individual items that are under $1,999.00 will be at the normal 12% Buyers premium. $2,000.00 to $3,999.00 will be charged at 10%. $4,000.00 to $7,999.00 will be charged at 9%. $8,000.00 to $9,999.00 will be adjsted to 8%. $9,000.00 to $14,999.00 will be adjusted to 7%. $15,000.00 to $24,999.00 will be adjusted to 6%. $25,000.00 to $49,999.00 will be adjusted to 5%. $50,000.00 to $99,999.00 will be adjusted to 4%. $100,000.00 and Above is 3.5%.
