You will have the option to pay with PayPal after you click to check out. If we do not hear from you by the full payment deadline, we reserve the right to resell your lot(s) to the next highest bidder. Failure to pay for your purchase will result in suspension from the CTBids system. Reinstatement after suspension requires payment of the original invoice amount plus a $25 fee.

If you require shipping, please send an email before bidding to RockvilleAuction@CaringTransitions.com to inquire and inform us you will need shipping.

6. All lots must be fully paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the property without Payment. Dimensions given may be approximate.

11. Listings times have a soft close. Extra time may be added to ending times to allow bidders more time to win. This will give you time to receive an outbid notification and place a higher bid and mimics what happens in a live auction where the auctioneer asks for any last bids before making the sale.
