TERMS and CONDITIONS (T&C) of filly89 AUCTIONS - Public Online Auction Bidding:

1. Bidding on an item indicates your understanding and acceptance of the Terms of Sale, including the obligation to pay for purchased items.
2. All bidders are strongly urged to Preview Lots (by scheduled appt) and / or Photos before bidding.
3. All bidders must be registered as a bidder prior to bidding on an item.
4. This is a Consignment Lot Auction. filly89 AUCTIONS and their representatives do not claim any expertise.
5. All items are Offered and Sold "As Is, Where Is". While we take care to describe and/or photo an item condition, any condition statement is given as a courtesy and is only an opinion and should not be treated as statement or fact; Making NO EXPRESS or IMPLIED WARRANTIES or GUARANTEES. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or is completely free from wear & tear, imperfections or effects of aging.
6. Buyer's Premium is 18%.
7. Bidding will begin at price set by auctioneer. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason and to void any sale in the event of an error.
8. Any Lot not paid for within (7) days of the Auction date will be considered abandoned property. Any Lot not picked up within (14) days of the Auction date will be considered abandoned property, and will be disposed of by preference of filly89 AUCTIONS.
9. Photos and descriptions posted are the sole property of filly89 AUCTIONS. No photo or description may be used without prior written approval.
10. For internet-only auctions, filly89 AUCTIONS reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

PAYMENT:

1. Payment is due for your item(s) upon receipt of Invoice. All sales are final.
2. Credit card payment immediately upon invoice at end of sale unless prior payment arrangements with filly89 AUCTIONS have been agreed upon.
3. Buyer's Premium is 18%
4. MA State Sales Tax is 6.25% will be added.
NOTE: A separate Shipping Invoice will be sent prior to Shipping.
