This week’s sale is going to finish out our 2021 year. It’s a sale where you can do your last minute Christmas shopping, with some very collectible and unique items ! A woodshop full of great woodworking tools, exotic woods, and more.

 

The sale will be December 17th-18th, Friday and Saturday, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days, at 1108 County Road 481,(Highland Glen), off Highway 36, just North of Brazoria. The road is very near the TDECU Brazoria Branch. 

 

It’s a narrow road, so please park carefully, and be courteous to others. Leave your cranky pants in the car. Don’t block driveways, or the road, leave room for cars to get through, please.

 

There will be NO CHILDREN allowed in the sale areas ! Nor any strollers, large purses, back packs, etc.

 

We accept credit cards, cash, and approved Brazoria County checks. There’s a $60 fee for bad checks. If you think that’s too high, write your bad checks somewhere else.

 

Estate Liquidators DOES NOT PROVIDE LOADERS, HAULERS, NOR PACK MULES, FOR YOUR LARGE OR HEAVY PURCHASES !!!!! You need to make your own arrangements to have items moved.

 

There is a covered car in the garage, that is sold. Please don’t ask to see it, don’t pull the cover off, just stay away from it, please. There is also a truck for sale, a 2011 GMC Sierra, 96,000 miles, 1/2 ton, extended cab, w/truck storage box. $12,000.00. It will be parked outside. If you’re interested, I’ll put you in touch with the executor.
