This 1837 log home was disassembled and moved IN 1998 to Monroe City and reconstructed into approx 14'x 17' Log Cabin. The logs are the original logs from a home in Spencer Co. that was built in 1837 and they are primarily White Oak Logs. It has tongue & groove flooring. The wood stove will be included with the sale of this cabin but contents are being sold separately. This cabin will need to be disassembled to be moved off the property. (Call the office for additional Photos of the original Log cabin that was taken down in 1998). The owner is flexible on the time-frame of taking down and removing off the property, but does ask that the ground be either frozen or solid/dry when working on it.
