Take the Lone Pine Exit 30 off I-79 (south of Washington, PA). Turn toward Lone Pine at the storage unit facility and continue to Marianna. Go through the crossroads intersection on Lone Pine and Beallsville Road and turn onto Barr Run Road. The property is located on the left. Watch for ‘Behm’s Auction’ signs.
The following items are from the Richard Birch estate. Mr. Birch was a college professor for countless years and enjoyed collecting items from a large variety of fields for numerous years. These are only the highlights of a great auction with many other items still being uncovered for this estate.
Online Bidding IS NOW AVAILABLE for this auction. Bidding will close at 6:00 pm on Friday, January 14th
Auction will start to soft close with Lot 1 at 6:00 pm, and a lot will close every 15 seconds unless there is bidding activity on that Lot.
Preview will be Tuesday, January 11th from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
Pick-up will be One Day Only: Saturday, January 15th from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
