All items are sold "as is, where is, and with all faults". Inspections by buyer or buyer's representative is encouraged. Seller and seller's representatives (herein collectively called "Seller") Do not provide any certification of any sort whatsoever as to the assets, and specifically disclaims all warranties of every type, including but not limited to , warranties of merchant- ability and fitness for a particular purpose, buyer hereby waives any and all claims of any type against seller, known or unknown, presently existing or hereinafter arising, which is in any way related to the sale, application or other use of the assets. Buyer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless seller from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses that in any way arise out of or related to the assets following the execution hereof. In no event shall seller have any liability whatsoever arising from or in any manner related to the sale, application, or other use of the assets, including nut not limited to any special incidental punitive.
