We accept cash, personal checks with local ID and credit/debit cards.

The Sale begins at 9am and access will not be allowed prior to this time.

Furniture will be advertised and may be sold prior to the sale. If there are specific furniture pieces you are interested in, please contact us for pricing and availability. Please text if you don't get an answer the first time. We get hundreds of calls!

Please do not call for measurements and dimensions.

Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. There is a 25% discount on the second day, and a 50% discount on day 3.

An offer box is available at the sale and we encourage customers to submit offers on higher-priced items. Ask staff for details.

Please bring help to load large items as our staff are not equipped to assist.

All items are sold as seen and returns cannot be accepted.

Neither Eagle Estate Sales nor the owner of the property are responsible for accidents or loss or damage to personal items.

For everyone's safety, a limited amount of people will be allowed in the home at one time.

We will adhere to state mandates regarding social distancing and masking requirements. We supply hand sanitizer for your convenience.
