FEES on Titled Vehicles

$150 buyer's premium will be charged during your appointment

Sales Tax 9.3%

Tab and License Fees will be charged during your appointment

These fees start at $134.25 and go up. Look under individual lot details for photo of fee description and estimate.

You must be at least 18 to bid and register a vehicle.

All bids are final and may not be cancelled.

High bidders are responsible for all winning bids, including fees.

The auction company reserves the right to accept and/or reject bids at their discretion.

Please call our office if you are new to our auction and plan to bid on multiple vehicles at the same time.

If you bid on multiple vehicles at the same time, you may be blocked until you contact us.

Any known conditions are listed.

All vehicles are titled.

If the vehicle is less than 10 years old mileage will be transferred as "actual mileage," "excess of mechanical limits," or "not the actual mileage."

Title "Branding" is determined by the state issuing the title. Typical brands found on titles are: "rebuilt," "salvage history," "flood," etc. Stokes Auction will disclose brands that are listed on titles and known mechanical issues told to us by the seller.
