All measurements and weights are approximate. AUTHENTICITY: Mountain stands by the authenticity of everything it sells. It is up to the client to verify authenticity within that period of time. However, Mountain and its agents will be the final determinant of the authenticity of each and every piece it sells. We are not bound by the opinion of grading services, outside authenticators, or so-called "experts." Letters of authenticity are only available for those pieces where "LOA" is listed in the catalogue copy. Otherwise, your invoice and that alone will serve as your letter of authenticity. PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders will be notified of the exact address and pickuip times at the conclusion of the sale within 24 hours. CHECK YOUR SPAM EMAIL AS IT MAY BE THERE. It is your responsibility to contact us if you have not received your invoice and pickup location. Bring Boxes, packing material and assistant to load if needed. Please do not bid if you are unable to pickup your purchases in the specified time periods for each auction. Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up times or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your account and bidding privileges will be cancelled. ALL SALES ARE FINAL No returns or adjustments will be made after the auction. Bidders who elect to pay their balance by credit card understand and agree to relinquish any and all rights to charge backs. DISPUTES / DISCREPANCIES All bids are binding, any bidders in default will be banned from future auctions and suit for damages will be initiated through NJ civil courts. Record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. In the event the auctioneer cannot release all or part of the lot, the extent of the auctioneer's responsibility will be to refund all monies paid in connection with the lot in question. Auctioneer records the sale by recorder. No adjustments will be made to an invoice once the inventory leaves the premises. Auctioneer has right to bid on sellers behalf if there is a reserve on any lots.
LIABILITY All persons attending, inspecting or removing merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer and Seller formal liability therefore. Auctioneer and Seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in condition of the merchandiser premises on which the sale is held. Additional terms of sale may be announced by auctioneer on day of auction and a bid signifies acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
