From Muskegon take M-46/Apple Ave. east 2 ½ miles to S Mill Iron Rd., south 3 miles to Heights Ravenna Rd., east ¾ miles to Jay Bee St., north 200ft to Janet Ave. then east. 

OR from Ravenna take Heights Ravenna Rd. west 10 ½ miles to Jay Bee St., north 200ft to Janet Ave. then east.

OR from Grand Rapids take I-96 west to exit #4, east on Farr Rd, 1/8 of a mile to Stringer, north 1 mile to E Sternberg Rd., east ¼ mile to S Brooks Rd., north 2 ½ mile to Heights Ravenna Rd., East ¼ mile to Jay Bee St., north 200ft to Janet Ave. then east.  

NOTE: Alvin had a passion for old antique tractors! Collecting and showing them at tractor shows.

In his 89 years he was a farmer, worked for RWDSU, then finished off driving bus for Muskegon County Transit the past 25 years with plans to retire this past year. The tractors were all kept in the pole barns along with the parts and his tools. Make plans to be in Cloverville on Thursday May 12 at Noon for the start of this most interesting public auction.
