The credit card you used to register on Proxibid will be charged the full amount of your purchase at the conclusion of the auction including a buyer's premium of 15% If you wish another credit card to be used, you must notify us prior to the auction. If your total invoice is $3,000 or more, it must be paid by wire transfer or cash -- NO EXCEPTIONS. Wire Transfers or cash must be received no later than Monday, January 24.

Your credit card will be charged two different times. Immediately following the conclusion of the auction, your credit card will be charged for the total of your invoice (purchase price plus 15% buyer's premium.) It will then be charged again for the actual shipping cost PLUS a $5.00 handling fee per package. This charge will occur when your item is shipped, which is usually no more than two weeks following the auction.

All items will be shipped UPS Ground.

Don't want to pay the shipping costs? You can come to our facility and pick up your purchases. Just call to make arrangements after the auction.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR TOTAL INVOICE IS $3,000. OR OVER, YOU MUST PAY VIA WIRE TRANSFER. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Preview Times are:

Wednesday, January 19, 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, January 20, 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 pm. (On this date, you will also be able to preview the firearms for our upcoming firearms auction.)

Credit card will be charged immediately following the auction. Wire transfers are due no later than Monday, January 24. If you would like to pick up your purchases, you must do so no later than Monday, January 24.

In no event shall Mike Brandly, Auctioneer be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

All sales are AS-IS and WHERE-IS, and all sales are final. Bidders must rely on their own inspections during available preview times. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges.
