Everything in the home plus parts of the home itself must go!
Please read the following:
-Parking is Very Limited on site and you maybe required to park on roads near by as there is no Parking on Ortega Blvd. Please see attached images for alternate parking locations.
-If you purchase items WITH a hang tag. Please be sure to tear the bottom half of the hang tag off and write your name on the remaining part of the tag otherwise it WILL be re-priced and sold to the next interested party.
-If purchase and large item and cannot pick it up the same day you may come by anytime during the sale times and hours to do so.
-Small items maybe placed our holding area until you are ready to checkout. ANY items in holding are considered SOLD.
-If your purchase any items that may exposed the home to the element(Windows, Doors, Etc) there will be a 1.5-2 week wait time to pick it up.
-We accept all major forms of payment
-As this is a Salvage sale you enter at your Own Risk and beware of any and all of your surroundings.
-All sales are FINAL |
